Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Thooval. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the app before you buy. If you still have issues after purchasing, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@thooval.ink with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the App has a significant bug or technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we will work with you to find a fair outcome.
What Is Not Refundable
- Purchases where a license key has been shared with others in violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made solely because the App does not support a feature not advertised

Before requesting a refund due to a technical problem, please contact support. Many issues can be resolved quickly and we are happy to help.
How Refunds Are Processed
Thooval licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated.
